Book a wildland walk during the day to learn about the Bamff rewilding project, or a beaver watch in the evening. You will usually be taken by a member of the Ramsay family.
It has its own compost toilet 10 metres away and 90 metres away there is an attractive loo and shower room, sometimes shared with the Birder’s bothy.
The Honesty Shop/self service cafe, next to the shower/loo has electricity, fridge, freezer, microwave, and excellent wifi, as well as various useful things and snacks to buy. You can recharge your phone, catch up with your emails, get some new freezer blocks, fill your water bottles etc.
